Slate's Strip - 14 oz. Thick and juicy, tender and tasty.
Boneless Ribeye - 16 oz. Aged and exquisitely marbled.
Filet Mignon - 8 oz. Sets new standards for taste and tenderness.
Porterhouse - 24 oz. Dubbed "The King of Steaks".
Tomahawk - 43 oz. A flavorful on the bone Rib-eye cut. Ideal sharing steak.
All steak selections are served on a bed of fresh Parmesan creamed spinach and a flavorful mixture of roasted potatoes, onions, Andouille sausage, and mushrooms. It is accompanied with two fried oysters, two fried shrimp, or one of each.
Grilled Double Chops - Two Creole mustard, Andouille sausage crusted pork chops topped with carmelized onion. Served with the potato and vegetable of the day.
